Azizi Developments has announced Burj Azizi, a groundbreaking skyscraper set to stand 725 meters tall, making it the world’s second tallest building. Located prominently on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, this 131-plus-storey marvel is slated for completion by 2028, with sales launching in February 2025.
The tower will redefine luxury with its one-of-a-kind all-suite seven-star hotel, designed around seven distinct cultural themes. It will offer a diverse range of living options, including penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. Among its exceptional features are the highest hotel lobby on level 11, the highest nightclub on level 126, and an observation deck on level 130.
Burj Azizi will also house a vertical retail center spanning seven floors, a luxury ballroom, and a beach club. Its extensive amenities will include wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, and a children’s play area. The tower’s design and engineering promise to set new benchmarks in skyscraper architecture.
