WHAT IS THE ENFORCEABILITY AND LEGALITY OF THE AGREEMENT?
 
The deed is confinable by a contract by the most well-known local company S.S. Lootah Group.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I AM TO LEAVE IN BETWEEN THE CONTRACT?
 
The Deed can simply be transferred to another party with any settlement both parties agree on. The method is very simple and the name of the property holder will be transferred to anyone the owning party wishes to.
WHERE WILL THE LABOURS RESIDENTIAL BE?
 
Dubai Industrial City offers a labour village and as well as multiple spaces dedicated for the labour quarters.
AM I PAYING THE CHARGES OF DUBAILAND TO DIC
 
No, that amount will be covered by S.S. Lootah
